Product Overviews

NV-32-H (Core Capable)

The NV Series NV-32-H (Core Capable) is a multipurpose, software-configurable video endpoint native to the Q-SYS Ecosystem. NV-32-H (Core Capable) offers two distinct operating modes to choose between, based on the needs of the application.

‘Core Mode’ toggles the device into a consolidated AV processor, control engine, and video switch, specifically intended to support video collaboration in smaller-to-medium sized meeting rooms and classrooms.

Key Features (Core Mode):

  • Full-featured DSP

  • Integrated 3 x 2 HDMI video switch

  • 32 x 32 network audio channels + onboard audio I/O via HDMI, USB, and 3.5 mm

  • 8x AEC (acoustic echo cancellation) processors

  • 1x VoIP softphone instance

‘Peripheral Mode’ allows multi-stream video encoding or decoding for network-based HDMI video distribution, to be used with a separate Q-SYS Core processor in meeting room scenarios.

Key Features (Peripheral Mode):

  • Native HDMI video and audio distribution for the Q-SYS Ecosystem

  • Q-SYS Shift™ adaptive video compression codec

  • Software-configurable as an encoder or decoder

Core 8 Flex and Core Nano

Released earlier in the Fall of 2020, both of these new Core processors include:

  • Full-featured audio, video & control processing power, and extensibility you have come to expect from the Q-SYS Ecosystem

  • Optimized for QSC Conferencing needs allowing for full room web conference integration, particularly for high value, specialty rooms

  • Same software (Q-SYS Designer Software) for the entire Ecosystem; scale-up or scale-out with ease

The Core 8 Flex: ideal for single room, distributed processing with analog and networked endpoints.

The Core Nano: ideal for multi-room with centralized processing and network endpoints.
